Consider requesting a quieter room if noise is a concern. the thin walls made for audible conversations from neighbors.

while the location is lovely, the bathroom stink and lack of space for toiletries make it uncomfortable, definitely not a 5-star experience. I expect some royal treatment for paying this much, but alas, no welcome gift or even an upgrade. almost wrote a glowing review but just couldn’t!

Just spent 4 nights in a charming Standard Studio with super comfy bed and great shower. Loved the peaceful vibe off Gran Via, perfect for relaxing after exploring. Only downside was the limited kitchenware, but we managed! Great stay!

charming atmosphere that made us feel at home. The location was perfect for exploring, with many shops and cafes nearby. However, while the kitchen was nice, it could have used a few more utensils.

Hammam experience delivered on relaxation. The room provided a comfy bed and a chill atmosphere.

Heating fluctuated, leaving the bathroom consistently cold despite thermal efforts. WiFi coverage barely made it past the bedroom, and it could use some extra shelving in the bathroom for toiletries.

The location was superb, just off the main road, allowing easy access to shops, cafes, and the cathedral. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. Additionally, the staff were exceptionally kind, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

the suite was beautifully decorated and spacious with a charming atmosphere. the location was perfect, nestled in a small alley yet close to historical sites and local eateries. great self check-in experience, and very thorough housekeeping.

It was just an appropriate option for a weekend outing in Granada with incredible value for money. The fridge kept drinks cold, which was nice after a long day exploring. Check if your room has better WiFi coverage to avoid frustration.
